Time to reflect together ! Chychy will be hosting the Knowledge Lab on Sunday the 26.10 at SOHO Studios.
Chychy is an interdisciplinary artist, researcher and cultural worker. Their work delves into (pre)colonial narratives and archival practices from an African Diaspora perspective, while also questioning and addressing themes of exclusion, inclusion, and participatory approaches. Chychy is here to motivate, engage, and encourage all to participate freely and joyfully.
We invite you to slow down together and open a shared space for collective reflection. Through guided questions and simple embodied practices, we will explore how our emotions, thoughts and bodily sensations shape our experiences – individually and as a group. Let’s create a momentum of connection, grounding and gentleness together
